Our manufacturing ecosystem brings together product development, sampling, technical execution, production planning, stitching and garment manufacturing within a structured process.

From the first sample to full-scale production, our teams work across people, technology and processes to translate an idea into a garment that can be manufactured consistently and reliably.

SINCE 2020

Since 2020, 100% of our stitching has been in-house, giving us greater control over execution, consistency and production discipline.

For us, capacity is only one measure of manufacturing.

The greater capability is knowing how to make well — and how to make well repeatedly at scale.

FINISHING

Where the garment finds its final character.

A garment is not finished when it leaves the stitching line.

What follows can fundamentally change how it looks, feels, behaves and wears.

Washing, treatments, surface development and finishing processes are considered as part of the larger product-development journey rather than simply as the final step.

By connecting finishing with material selection, construction and manufacturing, we are able to refine the garment with greater intention.
